Our return policy varies depending on whether you ordered prescription lenses for your frames
Non-prescription items
For non-prescription items refunds can be claimed within 14 days of receiving delivery for any reason. If you’d like claim a refund please contact us at sales@visoculi.com after which you’ll be provided with a return address to mail the product back to. We will then process a full refund
Prescription items
For prescription items (e.g. if you’ve bought frames with prescription lenses) we can only offer a refund for the cost of the frame; not the prescription lenses as these would have been customised to your requirements. All other steps are the same as for non-prescription items
